The residential complex is located in the Akladi area of Chernomorets, Bulgaria. Taking advantage of the site's natural topography, the master plan creates a functional layout with convenient vehicular and pedestrian circulation.
The development comprises three four-storey residential buildings positioned in response to the site's terrain and orientation to maximize solar exposure, ensure adequate privacy between buildings, and provide a comfortable living environment for both permanent residents and holiday use. Landscaped communal areas between the buildings feature an adult swimming pool, a children's pool, a playground, and dedicated recreation spaces.
The architectural concept is defined by a contemporary, minimalist design language. The buildings feature ventilated facade combining light-coloured cladding panels with wood-effect finishes and extensive glazing, providing abundant natural daylight and a strong visual connection to the surrounding landscape.
The complex offers a total of 61 apartments, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Ground-floor apartments benefit from private gardens, while the top-floor residences feature spacious panoramic terraces. The internal circulation has been carefully planned to provide convenient access, enhance safety, and minimize conflicts between pedestrian and vehicular movement. A total of 82 parking spaces are provided, including an underground parking garage.
The project creates a functional and well-organized residential environment through extensive landscaping, contemporary architecture, energy-efficient facade systems, and the use of durable materials specifically selected for the coastal climate.
