The reconstruction and expansion is of an existing hotel, built in 1972. A new part is designed to house offices for health and cosmetic procedures, swimming pools with mineral water and a gym. The distribution of the guest rooms is changed, providing better function of areas. The elevations are also renovated with new materials.
