The L shaped dwelling is situated in the west corner of a steep sloped trapezium shaped ground. On the first floor there are an anteroom, living and dining rooms, kitchen, WC, cloakroom and a guestroom. On the second floor there are three sleeping rooms with a bath, a cloak room and a terrace each. In the basement apart from the the double garage there are a study, sauna and steambath rooms with WC as well as technical premises. The L shaped composition of the building is designed in orthogonal volume over which dominates the steep roof with long horizontal eaves. The eaves together with the protrusion of the slab forms an expressive frame of the whole.
